Faith Radio was at the Blue Lake Christian Conference, where my recent nonfiction book, God’s Good Works: Stories to Treasure and Tales to Ponder, won first place in the 2025 Indy Book Awards for Christian anthology.

and Tales to Ponder

But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.”
Proverbs 13:12
Motherhood reminds me of the Trinity. I could never be a mother without a child to love. In the same way, God’s ultimate Glory was revealed only through sacrificial love, which required a relationship with His Beloved Son. Thus, we are all His adopted sons and daughters through the Holy Spirit: Three in One.
Without children, much of God’s love would have dried up in my heart, never to be shared. Nevertheless, how much less God’s glory would have shone in me?
Moreover, my daughters would not have known God’s love through a young woman abandoned and rejected.
Thank goodness God uses flawed, imperfect human beings. I hate to think how empty my life would be without my two beautiful daughters.
Thank you, Jesus. Also, thank you to friends and family who prayed for me every step of the way, to Nepaland nto Vietnam.
Moreover, I thank our Heavenly Father for adopting us into His forever family. The Kingdom of God is here now, but the Kingdom of Heaven is coming.
PRAYER: Dear Jesus, I pray that You remove abortion from the land. You hold the whole world in Your hands, including the unborn children!
