    It's quite a stunning cover (though I must say I also liked the old one). My only comment is that seeing the cover for the first time made me think I was looking at the cover of a novel, though the endorsement from Jerry Jenkins makes it plain that it's not.

    I will keep the original on the hardback copy. If course, I love the original because it's my family, but part of me felt like I was giving away the story before I told it. People knew the outcome with the cover, and so the idea of this cover is to make people want to read the story to find out the outcome.

    I haven't seen the original – but I love this cover – it's beautiful! And, of course, as you say, it keeps the book inside a bit of a mystery. Seeing the real photo of the children in the clouds gives me a clue that it isn't a novel….

    Thanks for your comments. My older daughter prefers the new cover, too. She says since we aren't a celebrity we shouldn't have our picture on the front.

    Thanks, Arnold. Who do you think will win the NBA championship? I am betting on Miami. The best decision Lebron James ever made was to leave Cleveland and go to Miami.
